Royce A.  Smith
Royce A. Smith, age 86, of Fairmount, GA passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Provident Village in Canton. Mr. Smith served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a Boy Scout Explorer Post Advisor and a Boy Scout Council Leader.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 PM, on Sunday, June 03, 2018, from the Little River United Methodist Church with Rev. Vernie Worley officiating. Interment will follow in the Little River Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Smith's body will Lie-In-State at the Little River Methodist Church from 2:00 PM until the Funeral Hour on Sunday, June 3, 2018.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, June 01, 2018, and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, June 02, 2018, and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by, Mother and Father: Silvey and Lillie Mae Smith, Brothers: Hoyt Smith, O.W. Smith, Herbert Smith and Lewis Smith, Sisters: Laura Mae Reece and Mattie Lou Lanier

Survivors include:
Wife - Evelyn Smith
Son - Gary (Judy) Smith
Son - Michael (Michelle) Smith
Grandchildren - Judson and Darla Smith, Jody Smith, Stephanie and Daniel Hunter, Makayla Smith and Madison Smith
Great Grand Children - Reese Hunter, Caitlyn Smith, Samantha Hunter, Alexander Hunter and Anniston Smith
Sisters - Inez Reece, Rachel Smith and Hazel (Paul) Stover
Brother - Maurice (Pauline) Smith
Brother - Silvey (Betty) Smith
Brother-in-law - Ford Neese
Several Nieces and Nephews, other family and friends also survive.
