Condolence: RONNIE AND I MET AT OAKDALE SCHOOL THE OLDER BOYS GOADED US INTO A FIGHT. I DONT REMEMBER THE OUTCOME BUT WE FOUND OUT THAT WE WERE COUSINS WE BECAME BEST FRIENDS .WE WENT SWIMMING IN THE CREEK WHEN WE COULD SNEAK OFF . WE SNICHED WATERMELLONS FROM MY UNCLE ALONZO WE BUILT A LOG CABIN.WE FINISHED HIGH SCHOOL TOGATHER. WE WERE INDUCTED INTO THE ARMY AND WENT TO BASIC TRANNING TOGATHER. I WAS LATER SENT TO VIETNAM I WAS SHOT RONNIE HAD JUST GOT THERE AND TRIED TO VISIT ME AT LONG BIN HOSPITAL TO FIND THAT I HAD LEFT THAT DAY FOR THE 106 GENERAL HOSPTIAL YOKHMA JAPAN.WE WENT OUR SEPERATE WAYS WE BOTH HAD GOT MARRIED AFTER WE RETIRED WE OCASSIONALL MET AT RONNIES PART TIME JOB I FINDALLY GOT HIM TO GO TO THE V.A RONNIE I HAVE LOVED YOU LIKE A BROTHER.I MISS YOU BEST FRIEND &COUSIN JERRY

Condolence: Ronnie and I went to high school together and I remember him with fondness. Ronnie always had a smile for everyone, all the time. He was a true southern gentleman who I know his family was very proud of. Comfort, strength and peace to Ronnie's loved ones in the days ahead. Rest in peace, my friend!

Condolence: I worked with Ronnie at Western Electric, AT&T. He was always smiling and friendly to everyone, you could not find a nicer man. My prayers go out to his family.

Condolence: Ronnie and I were neighbors for many years. I always called him on June 26 to wish him a happy birthday. He and I worked together at AT&T, Lucent Technologies for many years also. He was a wonderful person. This is really a heartbreaker to me. God has gained an angel.
