James William "Billy" Joyce, age 84, of Waleska, GA passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at his residence. He served his country in the U.S. Army and was a Korean War Veteran.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Monday, April 04, 2016, from the Danville Memorial Gardens in Danville, VA with Rev. J.B. Baldridge officiating. Interment will follow at Danville Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, April 01, 2016, at South Canton Funeral Home and from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, Monday, April 04, 2016 at Norris Funeral Home in Danville, VA.

He was preceded in death by, Wife - Mildred Joyce, Sisters - Lorena Clark & Geneva Beasley

Survivors include:
Son - Roger (Deborah) Joyce, Waleska, GA
Sister - Patricia (Ken) Griffin, Mayodan, NC
Grand Son - William Bradley Joyce, NC
Great Grand Daughter - Carissa Joyce, NC
