James Randy Brown, age 58, of Woodstock, GA passed away Monday, January 11, 2016 at his residence. He loved the lake and mountains. Mr. Brown was a Scoutmaster at High Meadows School. He was a member of Roswell Street Baptist Church. Mr. Brown was in Basic Training in Wichita, Kansas and received Paramedic Training as well. He was employed with Dobbins Air Force Base as a Lab Technician.

Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Sunday, January 24, 2016, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Wheeler officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 24, 2016, in the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by: Brother: Barry Joe Brown
Grandfather and Grandmother: Odell and Violet Vaughn - Armuchee

Mother - Rebecca Brown-Shrier, Huntington Beach, CA
Son - Aaron and Rachel Brown, Conyers
Son - Ryan Brown, Roswell
Niece - Jessica Brown, Indiana
