Condolence: We were sad to hear of Joe's passing. Not only were Bob and Joe room mates for years,he was also one of the groomsmen in our wedding. We will always remember his sweet smile and his kindness to others.

Love to all.

Condolence: We are terribly sorry at your loss. Joe was very active in bowling and was on my Monday morning league at Cherokee Lanes. He was a lot of fun to be with and truly enjoyed bowling. In fact, he began bowling high games and kept up with the best of them. I personally will miss his strong voice when he would call for a strike or make his spares/splits. Joe and I talked a lot about family and I know for certain that he cherished his. He was proud of his recent granddaughter and bragged about her on several occasions. Being Italian myself, we had that in common too and many times said a few words in that language. He was from Chicago where my wife and I spent 32 years as well. That became our "home" town too. We constantly spoke about the Cubs and Bears and most of the time he wore his Cub hat or his Bears jersey! We indeed had a lot in common. He will be missed and I personally will never forget the super nice guy he was! May he rest in peace and be enjoying God's place in heaven.

With Sympathy,
Frank & Emily Colonna
